Delete your My Brain Bubble account

This public page explains how My Brain Bubble users can request account deletion. It is available without logging in and can be used as the Google Play Delete account URL.

Delete or deactivate in the app

If you can access the app, you can delete or deactivate your account from within My Brain Bubble.

Go to Settings → Account → Deactivate/Delete Account.

Email deletion request

If you cannot access the app, email us at admin@mybrainbubble.co.uk to request account deletion.

Please include the email address linked to your My Brain Bubble account so we can identify the account and process the request.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes the user account and associated synced cloud data, where applicable, including:

• user account/profile data
• synced journal data
• synced gratitude data
• synced planner data
• synced quote data
• synced habit data
• synced Pomodoro Bubble / focus session data
• synced insights/progress data
• synced templates and logs data
• synced settings data
• selected theme preferences
• custom themes manually created by the user
• uploaded or synced media/content, including images and videos where applicable
• any other synced app content associated with the account

Local device data

Local data stored only on your device may remain on that device until you delete the app, clear local app data, or remove the data through your device settings.

Data we may retain

Limited records may be retained only where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, transaction, or accounting reasons.
